(RED) 是一個支援非洲國家購買藥物, 以對抗愛滋病的行動, U2樂隊的靈魂人物Bono是發起人之一。現今這個行動越搞越大, 七月號的Vanity Fair雜誌以Africa為主題, Bono担任客席編輯, 邀得知名的攝影師Annie Leibovitz 為21位名人和政要, 拍攝了20個封面。登入(RED)的官方網站,有說明(RED) 是什麼性質的行動。

Vanity Fair, African Issue的封面意念, 在vanityfair.com裡有文章解構: For this special issue, Graydon Carter, Bono, and Annie Leibovitz collaborated on the unprecedented set of 20 covers to show a prominent group of people having a "conversation" about Africa. "It's a visual chain letter," says Leibovitz, "spreading the message from person to person to person."

5. 寫了一篇關於(RED)文章, 促使我今天想買件GAP (RED) T-shirt應景。上星期看過所剩無幾的倉底貨, 由US$28減到US$9.95, 本想執件! 今日再逛, 見來了批新貨, 款式跟上批一樣, 正價發售。果然, (RED)是商業活動, it is simply a Business Model.
