腳情

腳情, 反反覆覆, 以為水腫漸漸好轉, 來不及高興, 卻又腫得不見足踝, 於是再見另一醫生。這回看的是個女醫生, 她同樣說水腫腳是反映身體健康有點不對勁, 要是我沒有肝﹑腎﹑糖尿﹑高血壓﹑高胆固醇等等, 又不是吃得味濃過鹹, 那麼很大機會是下半身的循環不好, 腹部有可能「生嘢」,或是婦科生瘤﹑或是膀胱生石﹑或是大腸問題等, 這等原因都會阻塞下半身的循環排水。

於是, 她提議我照超聲波, 看看有沒有婦科或膀胱病。「不要嚇我!」 我當然言聽計從, 以求買個安心。超聲波報告是在化驗所做的, 又花掉了HK$550, 但在觀塘區的化驗所, 應該比中環﹑銅鑼灣便宜。報告在上周末送到醫務所, 我覆診, 醫生說「好正常, 照不到有什麼毛病!」心裡可喜。

到此, 醫生也有不知道我的腳水腫原因, 不能對症下葯。我問「還有什麼可檢查? 」她說「不要驗腸啦, 你沒有腸病徵, 照腸好辛苦的 !」

最有可能是肥胖, 一舊舊脂肪阻塞淋巴去不了水, 因為上次做完全身通淋巴按摩, 很神奇的, 會消腫。但上網查一查, 西醫學裡沒有通淋巴這方面的資料。

OK, OK! 減肥是大前題, 我花了HK$150做了張會所游泳證, 十月份任游, 努力!

wah, i was worried when i was reading half way of your post. Good to see everything is ok with you after i finished reading the whole thing.

I am doing physical therapist for almost a month soon. The price is not cheap here either... (oh, my condition is to re-position my neck and shoulder problem which has been causing my neck and back pain.) It is all sitting posture and working related...

so much stretching exercises to do...3 hours a day almost!

Joanie, poor you! I still remember you always had tired arms. Do you think Yoga can help? Should fix all the health problems before it's too late. Take care!!
My health is so far so good. Should do more exercise to lose weight!

Joanie...re-positioning your neck and shoulder? Did that cause by wrong posture while using the computer? 3 hour stretching a day! That's alot! But I guess yess..we all need to exercise more. Start from some light ones like yoga and pilate maybe. Swimming is always good too.
Shirley - ho la..from now on whenever I eat with you outside, I will "remind" you not to eat too much..haha :P
